Bruce Gregory, Ph.D.
Bruce has been working with executives and corporations since 1982 in the areas of teambuilding, crisis intervention, skill
development, and leadership issues, domestically as well as internationally. Some of Bruce’s clients have included
American Express, Travelers Insurance, Xerox, medical practices, private and public, including Kaiser Health Foundation,
publishing companies, law firms, religious organizations, engineering companies, and entertainment companies.
Bruce has been a presenter at the Annual Family Court Services Statewide Educational Institute where topics included
"The Future of Leadership: Integrating Creativity, Value, and Accountability and "Pathways for Stress Reduction".
Bruce has also conducted workshops in the " Art of Leadership" and "Maps of the Jungle: Negotiating the Primitive
Dimensions of the Workplace" at the Esalen Institute. Bruce was a workshop leader at World for Future Society Annual
Conference in San Francisco presenting " The Effects of Chaos and Narcissism on Leadership Processes". Bruce has also
presented at the Annual CAMFT conference, as well as been a faculty at the fifth Ericksonian Congress with the following
topic: "Ericksonian Approaches in Corporate Settings"
In addition to his corporate work Bruce , a licensed Marriage Family Therapist, has had a private practice for over 25
years specializing in communication issues and mind-body work in accordance with the Ericksonian approach. Bruce is
also the Director of the Masters Program in Counseling Psychology at Ryokan College in West Los Angeles.
Bruce received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Southern California, his Master’s degree in
Psychology from Pepperdine University, and his Ph.D. in Professional Psychology from United States International
University. Some of Bruce’s post-doctoral training consisted of work with Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and some of the
pre-doctoral training took place at the R.D. Lang Institute in London. Bruce has over 15 years of training with Ernest
Rossi, Ph.D.
